What is experience design?
Designing the whole stay as one thing: the space, the listing, the messages and the brand. So what guests see, read and touch, before and during their stay, tells the same story.
Which service is right for me?
Nest Audit if your place is open but not getting the bookings or reviews it deserves. Nest Design if you're ready to change the space. Nest Identity if you're launching or rebranding. Not sure? Send us your listing for the free scan and we'll tell you.
What's the difference between the free scan and the Nest Audit?
The scan is a short letter by email, within 48 hours: what's strong, what's holding your place back and what it could become. It tells you what we see. The Nest Audit is the full work: three documents (an experience guide, a text kit and a housekeeping guide) that tell you what to do and how, ready to use.
What will I receive?
Nest Audit: three PDFs, also editable in Canva or Word. Nest Design adds a mood board, renders of your own space and a shopping list with links. Nest Identity adds a name and concept, a visual identity with logo files, an illustrated floor plan and a one-page website.
What do you need from me to start?
Your listing link (or a short description if you haven't opened yet), photos of every space and a short questionnaire. Then a short call.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most projects are fully remote, with properties anywhere in the world. In San Diego we can also work on-site.
In which languages do you work?
English and Spanish. Every document is delivered in the language you choose.
Do you make the changes, or do I?
You or your team apply them, and you don't do it alone: we give you every instruction, step by step, so you know what to do first, second and third. Texts ready to paste, a shopping list with links, guides your team can follow.
How long does it take?
The scan, 48 hours. Nest Audit, 5 business days. Nest Design, 21 days. Nest Identity, 45 days. Always counted from when you send your materials.
Will the renders show my own space?
Yes. They're made from the photos you send, so you see your own rooms transformed.
Can you work with furniture I already have?
Yes. The design starts from what you have and keeps what works.
What if my space is small or my budget is tight?
No problem. The shopping list comes in three budget tiers, and some of the changes that matter most cost nothing: the order of things, the light, the words.
